Lavina Thakur

Lavina Thakur is the director of Eventpreneur - an exclusive event industry peer to peer network in India with over 300+ members. She is also the founder of The Power Women in Events Awards, the only award platform in India that celebrates the contribution of women to the experiential industry as well as the founder of EDCA: Experiential Design & Creativity Awards in India that recognizes creative excellence within the experiential industry.

Lavina has been working in the event field for over 25 years, specializing in developing innovative creative concepts for some of the country's largest events. She is on the creative board for several of the largest agencies & brands & is responsible for designing multiple award winning events. She is deeply passionate about event education and has been a guest lecturer at multiple institutions, as well as an independent trainer, teaching creativity in events to students and young professionals.
